How It Works
  • Many labs participated in our hands-on courses and adopted a single dye method for non-NIST traceable QC, validation, performance, optimization and calibration.
  • Lab techs take measurements with an absorbance reader.
  • They Dispense dye mixture with a diluent in a microwell
  • Shake and/or centrifuge microwell plates
  • Read the absorbances and Calculate %CV and %Error
  • Identify faulty pipette channels and correct the performance of their instruments and adjust your pipette techniques efficiently and effectively
